Are you someone already either managing local lands, using the local lands, or have used Helmville area independently in the past? In an effort to formalize and clarify land use, our chapter is offering the opportunity to apply to become an approved member with greater access to the lands available for use.

Please note that we have updated the Helmville Policy per some feedback we have received. In addition, it includes some info about how we will be doing the scheduling for Helmville. Local lands still need to go through a local contact per the attached.
In addition, if you consent on this survey, your name and number will be made available to our membership so that they can reach out to you to see if you can assist them in getting access when it is right for you. You are encouraged to help others, but not required. We get it, sometimes you have things to work or you may have limited time. Or you may only want to invite others and not be pressured or called. We are just trying to make the connection for folks.
PLEASE read the policies below and if you are interested in requesting local permission or using the scheduling tool for Helmville, fill out the survey included in the policy near the end. This will get your info collected in a way that we can use it to manage this opportunity and get you the info on scheduling. Per the local policy, you will need to reach out to the identified individuals for scheduling time until we formalize a plan for those properties.
